ULUGURU MOUNTAINS
The Uluguru Mountains are remains of a country not known as a traditional hiking destination outside of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the uluguru mountains have long been the source of some of Tanzania's most popular hiking routes. Also, it acts as a corridor for wildlife movement between the two parts of the Nature reserve. Location in the Morogoro region. The reserve can be reached by road via Morogoro town.

The place is ideal for bird watching, hiking, trekking, forest walking, camping, research and educational tour, sunrise and sunset viewing, cultural tourism, photographing, berry picking, swimming in Hululu pond, climbing up and downstairs close to Hululu waterfalls, meditation and worshiping at Hululu waterfalls, picnics and nature trails.

We organise mobile camping safaris to the Uluguru mountains, mostly between June to October, however to January to March is also great, you should to avoid April to May which is the rain season.
